Rain Parade - Beyond the sunset (1985)
the last of my RAIN PARADE posts, this is an LP only live recording which was taken from a Japanese concert tour at Shibuya Hall Tokyo on December 16, 1984. Enjoy!

Eberhard Schoener - Flashback (1978)
excellent 1978 release which includes all three THE POLICE members, so this might also be of interest for STING fans as he sings lead vocals on two tracks. An amalgan of electronic music, pop, jazz, classic..including the exceptional "Magma", one of the most hauting pieces I've ever heard.

The Dentists - Dressed (1985-87)
an absolutely outstanding compilation from one of the best bands of the 80s. Think of a mixture between the very best songs of THE SMITHS and GUIDED BY VOICES, and you might have an idea of the greatness of this British group. "Dressed" is a compilation of tracks which were recorded between 1985 and 1987. This was taken from the retail MC version I have since years, both this and the CD version are out of print since years. Nobody writes such classic songs anymore these days...
